Your support tickets will be marked priority and only Ikonboard administrators will have access to those tickets.

You will be assigned a special member group on the Ikonboard Support Forums and will have access to private support forums.
If you are in the United States you will receive telephone support if desired.
In most cases we will login to your account and address problems for you.

We can install the software for you if desired.

Our installation service allows you to take the headache out of script installation. Our technicians will install and configure an Ikonboard on your server for a one-time fee.
